We love happy customers therefore we offer a full refund or exchange on items returned unworn and in its original packaging with tags attached, within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please note we cannot refund the cost of the shipping just what you paid for the items you ordered. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
If you want to exchange a product please note you will have to cover the extra shipping fee.
