The Retreat includes 2 yoga classes in the stunning open-air shala overlooking the rainforest.

and farm-to-table foods. Embracing the purification element of living yoga, our meals feature an abundance of plant-based foods.
All animal-based options, including eggs + dairy, chicken, fish +
pork are raised regeneratively free-range, grass-fed and sustainably
sourced from the ocean and nearby farms.

Tara is an experiential education professor in topics of conservation, development, and surf studies in Costa Rica. Michelle co-founded Dkoko Bikinis 15 years ago. She has over 8 years of experience in the tourism industry planning dream vacations in Costa Rica. Michelle is a certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, passionate about the positive effects of conscious nutrition on women's wellbeing.
