• Shipping Method:
  
  We ship to the United States using FedEx International Connect Plus, with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be collected from our boutique in Costa Rica.
  
  
• The cost of shipping is $15, or FREE for all orders of $200 or more.

• Duties & Taxes:
  
  Shop with confidence! All duties, taxes, and fees are now automatically included at checkout. The total you see in your cart is the final amount you will pay—no unexpected charges upon delivery.

We want you to be completely happy with your Dkoko purchase! We gladly accept returns or exchanges for items that are unworn, in their original condition, and with tags attached within 14 days of receipt.

Important Details:

• Refunds: We will refund the full cost of the product. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable or registered shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
  
• How to Return: Please send your items to the address below. Include a note inside the package stating your order number and whether you would like an exchange (please include the new size/style) or a refund.

We know plans can change! If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate cancellations if we are notified before your order has been dispatched from our boutique.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to process a cancellation. In this case, we invite you to follow our standard return process once your package arrives.
